About Melissa
Hi, I’m Melissa — a 600+ hour certified yoga teacher, educator, and guide in women’s wellness.
Before stepping into the world of yoga and holistic wellness, I studied finance with honors and spent several years working in the corporate world with companies such as Pepsi and dunnhumby Canada. Although I was successful on paper, I felt deeply disconnected from the pace and lifestyle I was living.
That realization eventually led me to leave corporate life behind, travel through Asia, and eventually move to Cambodia, where I’ve spent years teaching yoga, building community, and supporting women through movement, nervous system care, and holistic wellness practices.
With over 20 years of personal practice and 10+ years of teaching experience — both in person and online — my work focuses on helping women slow down, regulate, and reconnect with themselves, especially during times of stress, burnout, hormonal shifts, or when life simply feels overwhelming.
Rather than quick fixes, I offer gentle, sustainable practices rooted in yoga, Ayurveda, breathwork, and nervous system support — always meeting you where you are, and honoring your pace.
This is a space where you can feel supported, understood, and guided back to feeling more like yourself again.
