I'm a certified doula, yoga teacher, and twin mama supporting women through conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early motherhood.

With over 10 years of teaching experience and specialized training in prenatal and postpartum yoga, I offer practical guidance, holistic wellness support, and a compassionate space to help you feel informed, confident, and connected throughout your journey.

My approach blends yoga, Ayurveda, holistic wellness, and evidence-based birth education with the understanding that every woman's journey is unique. My intention is to create a space where you feel supported, informed, and deeply connected to yourself during this transformative season of life.

Before stepping into the world of yoga, motherhood support, and holistic wellness, I studied finance with honors and spent several years working in the corporate world with companies such as Pepsi and dunnhumby Canada. Although I was successful on paper, I felt deeply called toward a different way of living.

I eventually sold most of my belongings, left my apartment behind, and traveled through Asia — a journey that completely changed the direction of my life. Along the way, I completed my first yoga teacher training in India, and later made the decision to move to Southeast Asia permanently. Since 2017, Cambodia has been home, where I’ve spent years teaching yoga, building community, and supporting women and families through meaningful life transitions.

My own journey into birth work began during my pregnancy with twins. While preparing for birth, I found myself constantly searching for information and support that I felt should have been more accessible to women in the first place. After experiencing a deeply positive and empowering natural twin birth, I felt called to support other women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum in a more holistic and informed way.

Today, my work combines yoga, Ayurveda, virtual doula support, nervous system care, and lived experience — offering guidance that is both practical and intuitive, so women can feel informed, supported, and connected to their bodies and their choices. I am also continuing my studies in lactation support, with the hope of helping mothers feel more confident and supported in their breastfeeding journeys, however that journey may look.

This work isn’t about doing things perfectly — it’s about feeling supported, resourced, and not alone as you move through this transition.
