About Melissa
Hi, I’m Melissa — a 600+ hour certified yoga teacher, educator, and
birth & bereavement doula with specialized certifications in pre-natal and
post-natal yoga.
With over 20 years of personal practice and 10+ years of teaching experience (both in person & online),
I bring a grounded, intuitive, and heart-centered approach to yoga. My classes weave together mindful movement, breath awareness,
and emotional support — always meeting each person where they are.
I’m also passionate about supporting women through every stage of motherhood — from those wishing to conceive, to
pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Whether you’re seeking strength, calm, or simply space to reconnect with yourself,
I’m here to help you feel nourished, empowered, and deeply at home in your body.
All sessions are offered online in a gentle, supportive space that honors your pace, your story, and your journey.

Focused on comfort, confidence, and connection with your baby through safe movement and breath. $22 • 45 mins (Private) | $15 pp (Semi-Private) Supportive recovery sessions for new mothers — combining gentle movement, core and pelvic-floor reconnection, and breath to restore strength and calm. Baby welcome (and encouraged!) to join. $33 • 60 mins (Private) Compassionate virtual support through pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum care.
